Honestly better places to level. Befallen, lavastorm, najena, runnyeye, karanas, beholders maze, upper guk. Go exploring people.

Also whats with people not really hunting in west commonlands? On live that place used to always be packed with people doing dervish camp, orcs, and just killing everything.

This was the case for Luclin during Kunark as well. You wont find it here though because of 1) bards kiting and 2) people not wanting to deal with bards.

The long and short of it is that people don't want a classic EQ experience on p99. They want classic mechanics and to be able to exploit them.
