Yea it's hard to say as a bystander, but the articles available right now make it seem really impossible for her to have won this case.
Either you have nothing protecting free speach in Canada, or they are missing some very relevant information. I'd like to see all the tweets that are under consideration from both parties. | ||

Right now in Canada simply 'offending' a minority is considered "Hate speech" so yeah, no expectation of freedom of speech there.
