i gotta admit i checked this out. wasn't even playing p99. I closed the stream. So he eats a spicy pepper? what of it. I want to see him eating a spicy pepper while poopsocking ragefire, get the pearl turn in, and 2-box the kill, then RMT to sirken to avoid getting banned. Now that's what I call EPIC

So Sirken is takes payments in return for not banning you? I don't think you mean what you're saying...

Normally I don't respond to negativity. But...

I wasn't doing this to garner more viewers. I was doing it as a thanks.

Some streamers will do a drinking event. Some will do 24-48 hour streams. Cosplay...etc etc. There are certain benchmarks that can cause a streamer to initiate "events" like these.

Meeting a donation goal ( which IMO - if you are only going to do an event based on monetary gains - then you are doing it wrong ).
Some do it when they get a Follower Train/Sub Train. I mean like massive numbers of followers or Subs in one streaming session.

Some do events at 100 followers, 500, 1000 etc etc...

When I hit 500 I wanted to thank everyone. I didn't know what I wanted to do. I don't drink alcohol anymore. I have a full time job, wife and two kids. My scheduling will almost never allow me to do a 24 or even a 48 hour stream. So one of my viewers suggested the Reaper. It was a popular idea, several people jumped on the Reaper bandwagon. I said F' it. And agreed.

While I know some people may not understand Twitch.tv, or even "get it"... pls don't diminish what I was trying to do. I was saying thanks to my friends and followers.

I think the only thing I asked anyone to do during that stream was copy and paste some chat icons...

Try not to hate so much.

Also thanks to all those who did stop by!

Update: I was up for several hours with indigestion and stomach cramping...finally fell asleep at around 4am, . woke up at 10am. and well... I don't think I would recommend it actually. Initially I did, its got a great flavour, and amazing heat. I think cooking with it would be actually very enjoyable. My bum hurts [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Great response Mckayla! Don't take crap from the bestiality crew. You had a thing you wanted to do for your peeps as appreciation and you did it! More power to you.

Mycah, how many hours would you estimate you have streamed total? Just curious about how fast your follower number grew compared to how much time you've streamed.

I've streamed since April of 2014. I started with Minecraft. Avg hours streaming is anywhere from 2-3 hours a night back then... not every night. So it's hard to estimate. There is no dashbaord metric or total hours shown. I started steaming P99 on Feb13th, 2015.

When I started, the first few months, I had around 20-30 followers... by the end of 2014 my follower count sat around 40-50. So when I started streaming on P99 - it skyrocketed to the current total of 729. So the grown from this community was exponential.

lol, bravo man...

I love me some spicy food but eating peppers straight up like that is never enjoyable unless you're somewhat sadomasochistic.
