Yep.. bench is lacking. .. only been working out 3 years. .. working off a computer shaped , Sony sponsored body is hard work. I was 330 3 years ago never doing any type of lifting before. Trust me it's harder to hit the 1200 club than most people know

Damn well for health reasons I'm glad you started, congrats on the loss and gains but yeah you should be squatting nearly 500 and Deadlift about the same. At 180 I'm at 1085 with 280 Bench 405 Deadlift and Squat 400. Keep it up though man and don't listen to the trolls you're about to get lol
