Rampage is too, they kill em all but the majority of kills end up favoring giant faction and trashing dragons.

No we (Rampage) are not. Most people are on Dorf/CoV. There is a small group of us who are on Giant faction because of the Yelinak and Dain heads. But our members also spend a ton of time doing the Plate Cycle in kael.

If we're to be pigeon-holed we are literally the "kill everything and worry about faction after you get a major drop" but with some exceptions (such as for the heads and other awarded pieces like Dozekar tears, etc.) everyone kills any raid targets we get our eyes on.
