Nobody mentioned it (surprisingly)...

You can trade with vendors at druid rings all over Norrath, and definitely get sneak trained if you haven't already - that solves the vendor problem entirely.

Check out Sesserdix's necro guide on the wiki for a list of vendors that you can sell/buy from as an iksar.

You would think that druids would be more caring of lizards, being creatures of nature and all.

This. Google it and you will find a great resource for life as an Iksar. Make sure to thank him if you see him in game, as he still plays!

So...is there a bazaar on kunark anyplace, or is it only EC tunnel?

At some point once you have FD and sneak you will no longer need to worry about finding merchants or bankers. I fixed faction with neriak guards/merchants to bank near EC and paineel to get a key but other than that I just kill and do what I want and its great!
