This was also solved by making it so you cant recharge the ivandyr hoop. so it doesn't make sense to leave it in. Especially since 32k hp mobs are trivial now anyways.

Defense (and offense for Rangers) skill cap improvement is too critical for these classes to allow to fall off page 1.

This is no less important than it was last week. Hopefully the only reason skillcap raises haven't been enabled is we haven't had server downtime, but as yet I've seen no official word either way.

Rogue pal sending tells ingame constantly about his Vulak dagger landing lifetap procs on crap that I cant land taps on. HATE IT.
