exp bonus stops pvp because everybody tries to grind, it does promote griefing tho.

if you want pvp variance is the solution.

but you dont want pvp you just want more exp cause u r blue as fuck

Really? What is variance gonna do, cause us to poopsock spawns like on blue? There isn't even another guild besides Empire taking it down so what's it gonna change. Empire leaves mobs up all the time (currently almost ALL of ToV is up), and no one does anything.

The mobs Empire wants to kill will just be ignored until after the variance timers are up and they'll kill them on the next scheduled raid.

Kunark mobs? You'll force guilds like Casual Scum to generate a batphone (which they won't do) or they'll never get anything. TMO and Friends may have a few scuffles here and there, but no more than what already happens from time to time.

Honestly I just think sim repops a bit more frequently are nice, look at the awesome battle in EJ the other day!
