I didn't use wolf form. I invised, sneaked behind him, and then feigned. I think I had to cancel sneak to actually get the faction improvements, so sneak probably isn't necessary

Make an alt that has a start home in Qeynos then do drop transfers from char2char

If you have been killing Misty then check the vendor that is on the backside of the building. At night time she becomes an evil merchant and should sell to you. Not sure if she has food/water though.

No food to that merchant unfortunately...but she's acted as my vendor/banker until now.
