"100 man crews" - Empire has never had 100 on. We range from 20 for ST to... 70ish for NToV. Not as many as blue server but we do what we can to keep the server strong and alive with our good Christian values.

"to gain 1 pixel per month" - If you're getting only 1 pixel a month you're either not raiding much, or not asking for much. Pixels flow like water once you swear allegiance to The General, The Grandmaster, The Beekeeper, and the President (and the Aussie).

I was a guild/raid leader of a top 5 worldwide guild in vanilla WoW. Emps loot council functions way better than the straight dkp system we used. All the credit goes to the loot council, not an easy job to do well.
