That's worth serious consideration. but we all know that most of our tax $'s go towards the military.

Here's my compromise: we allocate military resources to creating "special ops" strike forces who are located in major urban centers of the USA with the MO of performing highly tactical fetus assassinations that minimize risk and damage to the neighboring civilian population.
