I believe our minimum requirement is that you have a pulse, but others might suggest a desire to have fun and participate in or run events on P99 are the actual requirements.

The DoF isn't all frivolity and flamboyance! Sometimes we have very serious fun, like with Rampage and Taken during their open ring war events.
