Staff should just initiate the sleeper script and make the sleeper enter random zones at will and never stop the script.

Pretty sure Daybreak in ensuring that P99 is "not allowed" to open any new servers.

Just look at the Discord delay. Rogean announces Discord will delayed at least until 2016, and a couple weeks later DBG announces the opening of yet another TLP server.

Long as DBG inps on the TLP wagon, we wont be seeing any fresh P99 servers.
