Mage Epic quest- famished ravener in Kaesora exist?

Happy Holidays to you too! And, to confirm: I murdered every spawn in 5 and 6 area until I got it. And now that Dal said that, I believe I got mine to spawn in the 6 area as well, in the house. But I believe it's random around there.
