should make it about as fast as P99 from 1-20 but on this server from 1-50

I'd go with classic experience, no level locks, vote unlocked progression with a minimum of 6 months per xpac.

In my opinion red99 was one massive beta-server. Now that we've fixed a bunch of bugs, and figured out what works and what doesn't work (golem wands, potions etc on cast times), it's time to release the real deal.
