i missed the freedom i have in EQ1 so much .. you can just do everything you like!!

not limited to 1 tradeskill .. if you want you can master all! no limit in what you can attack and what not ... if i want to attack a guard at lvl 1 .. so be it! i died .. OH WELL ...

Everquest Next?

Smedly said something about Planetside Next about 5 or 6 months ago and sent out a survey asking Planetside subscribers "If we were to make a new Planetside, what would you like in it". Haven't heard any news for months...

eq2 wasnt really that bad of a game... imo. At least alot of the ideas they tried to implement were good ( the quest journal in that game is the best quest journal in any mmo ) but once wow started catching fire they had to start making eq2 more like wow. I loved how there were instanced and non instanced raid mobs for example, it made it so that every guild that wanted to raid could raid, and the hardcore guilds had the non instanced ones on timers.

Ya I have been looking forward to this. I guess they wrote a script but I'm guessing it didn't get approved and thats why it hasn't progressed at all.
