the final neck is the important one - my cleric never has to mem "oh shit" root anymore and my druid can now keep something dotted,snared and now ROOTED forever.

KoS Quest Hand In Method:

Step 1.) Harmony all of the mobs in the building, avoid the pather outside.
Step 2.) Open a Trade Box with Yeolarn, do not click trade yet.
Step 3.) Use your racial hide (assuming you are wood elf) or have someone else cast invis on you.
Step 4.) Con Yeolarn and make sure it says indifferent, if not, keep hiding until you are indifferent.
Step 5.) Click trade and get your necklace.

BTW, unlimited clicky DD root is as broken as it sounds and anyone who can get this necklace, should.

this is exactly what I was suggesting to OP to save time but he looks to have solved his faction without but id recommend other druids to just do this method

Yes I know how to do that. As I stated above I have to do that exact thing on the key turn in part of the Soulfire quest. Because I have no other option. But here I did have an option. So I chose to fix the faction.
