classic is as classic does... int/wis for everything except smithing/fletching. Not sure if smithing only uses str, or if it uses which ever is higher of str/int/wis... fletching is int/wis/dex whichever is highest (pretty sure on that one)

was leveling my tailoring to complete the shawl quests... about 80 combines of arctic wyvern armor took me from 166-168.

at that point i said screw it and did the 6th shawl 208 skill combine without the skill.

got it on the third try. still easier than leveling tailoring.
