It's been this way for over a year. No one pays attention to their backstab/parses to notice.

Since the patch, with a 41% worn haste item(claw or renards belt on) I am able to get triple duelist backstabs off. Take the 41% haste off with just epic, and I get 2. I notice a big difference in bs refresh timer with 41% haste item on opposed to not on. In logs I have been able to get 3 sep backstabs off in 1 duelist duration with just vog or shissar and still have 2 seconds before duelist faded.

Finally getting a 41% haste item lowered my BS cooldown by 1-1.2 seconds, resulting in a very substantial DPS boost. I assumed that it was some fucky EQ math rounding, but this makes far more sense.

Claw has always had "Haste: +41%", so you've been able to get triple backstabs off prior to the patch. Renards did not.

with Vog and 41%, you should be backstabbing near 5.1s

The best i can test this with atm is an RBB, which is only 31%. Will be interesting to see the results. If there is a noticeable difference i can probably upgrade to 36%, but i don't foresee 41% in my near future

Think it's retroactive for any haste item that's not merged into an effect like rogue / ranger epics. My Grey Suede Boots show 41.
And there's a bunch more Velious 41s.

wondering what other velious 41's there are. trying to find something attainable (not sky) that won't replace my vyemm fang since it should be higher dps than a claw if i can get 41% elsewhere. just trying to figure out what slots i can get it in etc.
