It's science. And it's metal, not chemicals. You will even learn how one layer of stealth technology works from that video. It's just being applied in another way, same process.


As for it being used for a long time, we only started deploying HAARP the past 20 years. They did experiments before that, had some success with weather manipulation, primarily with seeding (known fact), it's just that the technology has improved, different method now. You are refuting what you have not looked into at all. The original video show the changes, how it's being administered, and also the expulsion of mass amounts of methane into the atmosphere as even media sources like PBS is covering, from melting Siberia. You gotta have your head firmly planted into the ground, Aurian, to totally miss it.

Oh heck, just remembered. Likely if I go back on post history, where I put up a stink about the IRS targeting conservs, prolly find your post saying BS aint happening. Though the real crime there (not only) is that 0bama didn't resign like Nixon for the same thing.
