Yeah i was twinked the same way, Unrest is the place to be from 20-24 or 25 then group up in MM until around 30 and then you can go to lower guk and utilize the Ghoulbane again. Groups in Guk will still be your best xp but if you have a healer you can duo zone mobs and Bedroom...again only if you dont suck for Bedroom

Best spot to solo as an 18 paladin would definitely be EZ server.
