extra soft brush, refresh every month, pea-sized toothpaste blob, hold with two fingers only, circular motion

or b like me and grip that 6 month old med brush like a dick and grind and then pay a thou for the gum graft down the line

Ouch yeah. switched to a soft brush. So much better.
