I usually do the tutorial up through level 5 or so, then it's off to Paludal followed by Netherbian. By that time I'm usually ready to see a bit of sunlight so I'll spend a level or two in Dawnshroud. Longer if the rockhoppers stay up. It gets pretty wide open after that. Scarlet, Katta, Tenebrous, FG. I just go wherever my mood takes me. It's always Acrylia Caverns though at the end.

What level do people usually go to unrest? I took my ranger over there at 12 but haven't been able to find a group.

At 12 you're too high for most of CB... Befallen is in range but do you have to BYOG?

I did CB until lvl 17. Things in castle still blue. Can solo taskmaster and legionares outside. Light blues still give good xp because ZEM is insane in the zone. Pads and belts still give decent xp on turn in at this level too.

I personally think upper guk ---> SolA is unbeatable. The ZEM in those zones are sweeeeet, plus they are good zones that pretty much every class can learn how to play their class well and be tested. Good zone design + high ZEM = win

I too like these zones. You actually get to play what I consider 'proper' everquest at fairly low levels.
