Some do. It's good about level 5 to 12, then at 12 hand in all your fangs.
For me qeynos is all about culling the rabid animals, the fun little newbie item quests and newbie loot you can find in the sewers. Fun little dungeon that one! | ||

I was out there last night 1230am CST but I guess I missed you. So I pulled Bb 3 times for a newb and gave him gear at the bank. Hopefully you had fun and got ur bind.

It really does seem like Qeynos was the only city that was almost fully developed. There is so much going on between NPCs talking, all the quests to make money, and the availability of items.
compare to Oggok, where its just spooky wind sound and holes in the ground, or Kelethin, without anything going on, just static elves. Whenever I am in Qeynos it really makes me a little sad no other cities have that flair. or a flying saucer | ||
