TMO was the Dutch and BDA are the Afrikaans. TMO controlled the server and made sure that while they took care of themselves first and kept the Afrikaans separate and lower than them but at the end of the day they made sure the server was healthy.

Once TMO got tired of the 24/7 job of ruling the server and left the Afrikaans suddenly found themselves with large amounts of power.

Since the Afrikaans are a largely unintelligent people just like BDA they immediately gorged themselves on all available items with no regard to the health of the server thus leading to is current status.

Basically the subhuman trash that is attracted to a guild like BDA is genetically designed to be a servile bystander to the stronger more apt guilds like TMO or IB as they are in all things in life.
