Daldaen, Arbiter of the Raid Scene would dictate that any alliance or guild seeking to partake in these rotations would need to have a certain number of level 60 characters on their roster(s). Set it at say, 150.

I know this content is more tuned for like 35-45 characters in level, but the number is primarily set there so guilds don't purposefully splinter to acquire more slots in the rotation.

Between mains and alts, every active raiding guild or alliance who has killed Velious content in the past 2-3 weeks should meet these metrics. Guilds not meeting this metric likely are newish and haven't been locked out of the raid scene for a long time like some of the longer standing guilds. They should have time to build up to reach the metric or they can find a similarly positioned guild to ally with so they do meet it.

Based on the current configuration you'd have something like:

Aftermath - Dain+Zlandicar+Klandicar
Awakened - WToV
CSG - Eashen+Ikatiar+Aaryonar+Dagarn
FAV - Lords (no Vyemm) + Lady Mir
Rustle - NToV Triplets + Doubles
FFA - Veeshan's Peak
FFA - Wuoshi+Kelorek Dar+Yelinak
FFA - Severilous+Faydedar+Gorenaire+Talendor+Trakanon+Ve nril Sathir

Every week CT/Draco, ST Golems, KT, Statue, Vulak***, Vyemm and Dozekar would be FFA.

The currently flagged FFA mobs would be open slots that are considered FFA until filled.

You have 24 hours to kill your rotation set once the final mob in your set spawns. These mobs are then considered FFA. Repeated failure to kill your rotation mobs will result in your guild/alliance being removed from the rotation for a full cycle (2 Months based on this mob split).

***FTE on Vulak allows 24 hours to make an attempt and you may kill LINKED Lords and Ladies regardless of rotation prior to your Vulak attempt. Rotation guilds be aware of Vulak's window and when your Lords and Ladies may spawn.

I have to say I have a major issue with you Awakened folks calling twins/sisters "doubles". It makes no sense on a practical or grammatical level. I guess neither does calling triplets "triplets" for that matter, but they're at least similar in their spawn location relative to a symmetrical area, so twins makes a little bit of sense too. Nev and Jorlleag are fraternal twins. That's it.

Final ruling: Triplets @ Twins.

I imagine Lady Nevederia and Jorlleag play doubles tennis because fighting them together would be a stupidly long fight between spinstuns and CHs, like a Doubles tennis matches.

There are many things I want to see Patched. Most I don't need to imagine because they're classic mechanics!

Bind point rules fixed, lazy aggro added, and belly caster hate fixes would definitely change this server for the better.

More I think about it, it would be difficult to keep a lid on a major guild on rotation being a 'secret guild' that allows the big dawgs to get more spawns.

Word would leak out eventually (see Litigator for your <Law Offices of Norrath> needs) and shit storm would ensue. Guild could have charter pulled by GM or even raid suspend both guilds.
Enough people are watching for that to go well. In a low pop server even your Alta are not safe and the gms can clearly look up peoples identity.
