It wouldn't be a stupid move, you could buy a hiero Cloak with the spiked seahorse belt and come out with better stats vs cof and say spider fur belt. And you would only be losing 2% haste.

Caiu there is currently a seller asking 80K 'OBO note the word Or Best Offer ie can be less than 80k therefore. You selling 80k 10x historically means nada. Right here and right now there are sellers who cant even get it off for 80k firm. This is supported by auctions made for less than 12 hours ago in EC tunnel. CoF will always be >>> this 34% haste belt and CoF is a 75-80k item. End of story. If you wonder why i wrote this its to counter Speedi nasty attempt to trig faster deal for OP. I am fair. Free bump
