Cons : no proc
poor ratio for mainhand DPS (too slow) warrior/ ranger can get better easier
ranger wont use in off hand over swiftwind
swiftblade of zek better DPS ratio for non proc mainhand
knights get much better ratio weapoms that rot
Is a warrior going to use this instead of epic with attk boost offhand? unlikely.
So who is going to use it?

125k is a bid reflecting optionality on it getting the bump (although didnt happen on this timeline)
Without that possibilty its worth less than a swiftblade of zek

Best bard weapon to combo with Epic, I like it more than the Tunare weapon since I do not want an extra proc or any extra song most the time to impact my group.
