Ask yourself these questions: Do you plan to play p99 as if it were a full time job? If not, the above advice probably wont apply to you. Do you plan to answer batphones at all hours of the day to slay dragons? If not, the above advice probably wont apply to you. I could go on, but the point should be clear. I would bet if every 60 enchanter on the server was lined up, an outrageous majority of them would not have Primal weapons, or for that matter even ST's keys.

![]() So basically, this does not apply to you?
Haha! I do agree with you. While I enjoy my pixel time and I do not answer batphones in the night. I play to leisure and my own enjoyment. It's my "escape" time. I tend to go against the norm or the "must do" when it comes to EQ. I love having an Erudite Nerco even though I continually am told to reroll an ikky. Hey it's my time.

![]() Okay, one more question for the people who are familiar with the end game and Kunark/Velious gear.
What is the lowest starting Int a character can have while still having the realistic chance of hitting 255 Int, while still maintaining around 200+ Cha? Like for instance, if a Human Enchanter went 25 Cha / 5 Int which would put his Intelligence at 90, is there enough Int gear at the high end to give him a cumulative bonus of +165 Int? Doing the math with 20 equipment slots (minus ammo), it comes out to be an average of 8.25 Intelligence per slot. Is that realistic while also keeping a Cha of over 200? Let me know what you guys think. Bottom line, if you can tell where I am going with this, I want to be 100% sure that going 25 Cha / 5 Sta on my High Elf giving me a base Int of 102, did not prevent me from achieving the goal above. TL;DR: What is approximately the lowest starting Int you can have that would allow you to realistically hit the 255 Int mark, while still maintaining a Cha of 200+ with end game gear? Thanks for the help guys. It is much appreciated.

If you are planning on charming mainly while you level up then the important thing is maxing CHA first and then switching gear out for more INT/CHA stuff as you get more plat. CHA only gear is pretty easy and cheap to get at first. Face: incandescent mask: 5 INT/ 7 CHA Neck: gypsy medallion: 9 CHA Wrists: Golden cats eye bracelet: 7 CHA Legs: drake scale leggings: 5 CHA Feet: Loam encrusted shoes: 8 CHA Earrings: Oppaline earring: 5 CHA Head: Siryn Hair Hood: 13 CHA Main hand: Rod of insidious glamour: 12 CHA Secondary: Crude stein: 15 CHA I think I'm missing some I don't recall also but that should get you + 93 CHA and leave other slots available for INT/HP stuff. The goal is getting 205 CHA unbuffed as you will have a +50 CHA buff eventually. So to answer your question yes, you can max INT and CHA with a starting INT of 90, but the min/maxers will tell you to go high elf, which WOULD make it easier to max those attributes.

![]() Thanks Ziggy, hearing this info from a Human Enchanter really helped me get a good grasp on how the development of my character should pan out along with some great suggestions for early gear. That Incandescent Mask in particular looks pretty juicy. Much appreciated everyone.
