have zoned into ToV multiple times and gotten a TL box up either before melee train gets on me or after I juke them. Fail to see how bind affinity not working in raid zones would solve his problem and allow him to raid uncontested

It's easy to spam TL's when you're non-classically bound on top of area's in raid zones that you can't be attacked easily. It's much harder to zone into PvP and then get a TL box off and then PvP. If someone let's a wiz zone into Kael and pop a TL box off and get involved in the fight, so be it. But people being bound in BS places in ToV which is not classic is BS.

everytime I'm referring to I've zoned into ToV the traditional way.

So your real problem is the class you play cannot get attack the people who bound in strategic places allowing them have full use of their class. You expect people to let you beat on them give you the advantage.
