A guild war is a completely optional & voluntary way for two guilds to partake in fisticuffs.

closest I think we saw the server get to that was a few guilds just flagging red for a week or so (and really, just a handful of folks at that)

Well, that's pretty cool too.

iirc the problem with handing in the Tome of Discord was that you couldn't be buffed/healed by any other players

Mind if I ask if it's planned on being developed for Blue server after Final Patch? Or is this something that's way long-term, like releasing Green server...

Shoot, I might have to one day join a guild if this happens! I would love to gank the hell out of certain guilds on p99.

The key would have to be joining the right guild that went to war with those guilds I despise so much.
