Seems like a fun combo. Definitely load up on weapons with undead procs, if possible.

If your whole goal is to really go at it vs undead, why not just double up on the clerics? With good timing, you could have one nuke, and the other root right after, swap, etc. I also like the previously submitted idea of necro/cleric, which would probably be a lot more efficient overall.
If you 100% want a tank class in there, AND you'll be focusing on undead, then I'd say Pally Cleric is basically your only option! Hehe

Not sure what this goes for nowadays: Dawnfire, Morning Star of Light
But if you get it at the later levels (procs at 40), it can be a ton of fun I bet, even with using a Ghoulbane. Kaesora may dry up by then, but the skels in Dreadlands hidden valley should be good exp and fast respawn (6 mins? I had trouble keeping everything locked down on a 51 chanter so you should be good.). To gain access to an additional undead area, roll Cleric + Paladin as Brell worshippers (So Dwarf for Pally, Gnome or Dwarf for cleric I believe). You won't be KoS to Hole Elementals, so you can get to the undead tower super easy (just 1 rat in the way, can kill or regular invis past). You probably couldn't reliably duo those until maybe 48-50 type area, but could go to 60 there easy. Just opens up an area rarely used, you can also run to a few exit areas if you need to restock on things. The problem is one or a few faction hits are going to make you KoS to the other stuff. Stay away from Fallen Erudites (they are skeletons but give MinionsOfUnderfoot faction hits). Just hunt the ghosts and rats (not undead, but good exp and not on the Underfoot faction) and you'll be safe.
