Yeah honestly KC is your best bet to get invited with a simple LFG. Seb pickups are pretty solid too depending what times you normally play. Often times there is half a group or so sitting there LFG at the zone in and it just takes one person to start inviting people. Disco is some pretty awesome exp in the mid 50's.

Don't be scared to just send random tells to people out there. You may find a Shaman or something that would be up for a duo in a fun spot. Good luck man.

Or look for Keyx in KC, I'll duo with you

I login p2002 with the intent to box but usually wind up grouping because the hotzones attract enough other players during primetime. Its nice though when you have a hankering for some meat and potatoes melee-healer gameplay.

I have avoided KC as a 52 sk because I heard it ruined OT faction. Is this wrong or is it just not that big of a deal? I just imagine hammering in and being attacked by 50 skellies and a golem or two...not to mention the bank.

Hammering in is pretty safe even kos, I think you can hop over to hammer hill aggro free most of time. I'd check quest and spells for your class and try and buy/complete those before tanking the faction completely. Ex: As a DE wiz I did brain-bite Q, got all my turn in spells, and bought the rest; then, I didn't think twice bout OT faction going down down down.

The hits aren't huge; do the occasional berserker braids farm to maintain apprehensive?

i'm KOS in OT and am able to hammer in safely. The skeletons on the boat don't attack when you hammer in, but you're obviously no longer able to enter town. I usually have to swim around the docks and outside the wall to avoid the guards and get out.

I currently am focused in Karnor.

Wondering if there are consistent groups in other dungeons for a 52 warrior. I remember doing crystal caverns back in the day, but not sure how many groups get going there and need a couple levels for Sebilis.

Just getting some thoughts.
No, you will need to bring your own friends if you want to do other dungeons. Karnors is where warriors are stuck until the second half of the fifties and then you go to Sebilis and find a group maybe every second or third night lol. Life is hard as a warrior if you don't have friends. Real life charisma is an important stat for warriors if you want an optimal grind experience.
