There's only 2 on the server so far that i'm aware of and knowing who they are they won't sell it until vulak drops them something better, so you probably don't need to bump this every few hours.

Raid wise, there are a number of both 2h and 1h weapons superior to the T-staff in Velious prior to Vulak. Just sayin'.
