New folk-type person, where to spend my pps?

Rather spend PP on the mage, j boots, root nets etc - and then just soak up a ton of pally gear with a guild later on for free (theres almost no paladins here)

paladin is the best tank for group content. flash of light 2-3 times for unbreakable threat and the group can unload care free. looks like this thread has the gear advice well covered already. Id say just work on getting your soulfire > epic asap then you can use it for the rest of time and dont even bother with 1 handers casue the 2 knights are the only classes that use 2 handers as main weapon.
