Good groupage at 56 as a MNK

Looking to get my 56 MNK to raid readiness so I can join my guild’s pull team from time to time, as doing nothing but Clericing in raids can take it’s toll. Also looking for a good place to group, so I can prepare myself for life as a raid puller. Would old seb work for this, and can I reasonably find pugs here? My only 60 is my CLR, who lived in Chardok for most of his 50s, so this is my first time doing it the regular way.
