The joke was on CNN Legend (in his own mind) Jim Acosta earlier today. Acosta traveled to a walled section of the US-Mexico border to prove that Trump’s “manufactured” national emergency did not exist, but instead wound up proving that border walls work.

To do what exactly? You may or may not have been following the recent trial of a certain drug overlord, but if you had you'd know that Mexico's biggest drug kingpin smuggled all of his drugs not through the "gaps" in the border, but through the "protected" parts (in turns out some border patrol agents can be bribed with large sums of money: who could have guessed?)

Since they certainly don't protect us from criminals, what exactly would a multi-billion dollar waste of money do for America again? Oh right, stop immigrants ... the exact kind of people that literally everyone in America (except Native Americans) are descended from.
