I never received a reply to my Petition. However i made the petition ingame first and Menden replied within minutes and told me, that reimbursment is possible but to use the Forumpetition.
I did that immediately, but never got a GM response in there.

We didn't have a GM for quite some time, we still don't.
Llandris was granted GM powers recently so I've been verifying a page or two every week or so. If you requested a reimbursement it should get done in the near future, things are starting to pick up. We've also been super short staffed and burnout was real. It'll get better. | ||

I should add also, unless your post gets moved to "Resolved", it's still in our queue. If it auto closes itself, don't worry too much.. we're just slow.

Having the date of the issue, account name, character name and server (red or blue) always helps. One less thing to verify.
It's also super helpful if folks do a followup post if their reimbursement isn't required anymore. | ||
