Probably a pipe dream, but hoping it starts without the hybrid exp penalty.

For the green server, I recommend Tallon or Vallon Zek PvP rules for the first six months to a year! If we get that Good vs. Evil PvP spirit going, I guarantee the amount of loot right selling and shenanigans will be lowered substantially.
