Shaman Skull Quest 4 bugged (items eaten)

I can say cudgel 5 is 100% complete, but I am running into an issue with #6. I cant seem to spawn An Iksar Slave in Droga, all that pops is a Crazed Iksar and an enslaved Iksar. I've also check the spots in FM where it was eventually moved to in 2004 ?? and no luck 8/

Edit - also, the alchemy combinations for cudgel 6 will not work. When trying to make Dristilate or Opal slush you get the message "You cannot combine these items in this container type"

My cudgel was eaten on quest #3, still waiting for reimbursement/fix.

My iron cudgel of the mystic and CORN box were just eaten attempting the #4 quest for the iron cudgel of the prophet... The characters name is Rorshak.
did everything according to the quest =\
any chance for a reimbursement?

Maybe you already figured this out, but the quests stop at #5.

Have we been able to get these back yet? My Quest #3 is still not returned to my shaman, very difficult to quest for her next round without it
