Yea, Im all for this "classic" server but the 40% penalty is just plain stupid and should never have been a part of this build.

I agree, original penalty is silly, but, this is classic, and thats how it's going. At least you have the comfort of knowing that your hybrid is extremely over powered!

(Like Zilo... freaking rangers and their god-like-ness)

People don't know the true value of a "well-played" bard thanks to sooo many people who fail at them. Nothing makes me more angry than being in a group with a bard who doesn't like pull/cc or only plays 1-2 songs.

I get that the bard class is tough and you can't always be expected to be on top of your game...but you should always give it an honest effort.
