Issue resolved, not sure what was going on but they fixed it.

I had this problem and have managed to fix it.
I tried the ipconfig /flushdns but it didnt work. So I decided to flush the DNS on my router instead. Easy way to do this was simply to reboot the router.

Its worked. Yay !
