He's not in a position of power. Even if he hadn't left, he was a developer, not a guide. That means he wrote code not policed camp disputes, or even moderated a forum. He can say whatever he feels like saying.

That's not totally true. It's the same thing with all of these individual idiots in different guilds. The one person gives the group as a whole a bad reputation. If this was a local softball team and a player (conFAGured) was mouthing off to a fan, swearing at him and whatever else because dude was being heckled, the manager (Rogean) would bench him. It's a poor representation of the rest of the P99 staff if he's going out of his way to PM someone. Before someone mentions other staff members talking shit to people...it's totally different than when Uthgaard would respond to a post on the forums-

A) Everyone can see it, he isn't trying to hide anything
B) There's context to back up either side
C) Uthgaard doesn't type like a 14 year old girl (seriously...this guy was writing fucking code?)
D) Responding to this totally fucking interrupted me watching Ocean's 12 on tv
