I'm referencing the fact that this was established before we petitioned, not necessarily before the occurrence. We offered to work this out with Riot to avoid both guilds getting suspended. They opted for scorched earth. At this point "it is what it is." 7 day suspension from Kael sucks. Learn a lesson and move on I guess.

It’s almost like no one gives a shit about debuffing statue as he comes in and all anyone wants is to help pull the mob in as quickly as possible. Dumb rules gonna be dumb, shouldn’t have started the petition war by bitching that we maloed statue when you knew we had 100+ people already in zone, and debuffing it early has zero affect on the outcome of the fight.
