I just started watching MOONHAVEN on amazon prime.

It's pretty ok, its about a liberal utopia.

I was thinking Id call this series a BRAND new world.. instead of a brave new world. Feels like the prequil to a brave new world.

Do reccomend.

I haven’t watched that series, but have watched the older Star Trek series. Let’s be honest, Startrek has always been about promoting all forms diversity & acceptance. There were non binary aliens on the next generation, no one protested then. They were the controversial series to have the first interracial kiss on tv. Is that too woke? I say look at one’s own personal bias and try to grow and become the better person to get past it. The world is a mix of different types of people .
Now I’m not saying you should like the show. If a show did not perform well then don’t watch it. I stop watching shows all the time like the walking dead got stale. But diversity and Star Trek go hand in hand and should always be expected for that series.

Matt Smith is charming but that did not save Morbius. I know even less about LOTR and I am skeptical

Wheel of Time I thought was c-grade syfy channel stuff. Which isn't an insult. But I never read those books so it didn't matter much

I think had I not read the books I would’ve liked the show more. Having read them, it was terrible

I think the house of the dragon will be garbage. Once Martin’s material ran out, GoT went down hill. I doubt this will be much better

I’m hopeful but not optimistic about LoTR.
