I’d let tradeskill stuff (pelts, silks and the like) be player tradable but that is about it.
Other loot can be sold to vendors still, but the vendor won’t resell it. Likewise npc’s can’t be used to transfer items with charm either.
I’d love to see an economy based on player made items. Magic items would be earned (I know this is a fool’s hope and everything would just be WTS Loot Rights).

That could happen for sure, but I think a server like that would weed out those types of players mostly?
I think the greedy players would naturally find a server like that unattractive (also how useful would platinum even be?).
