Also, I think sexism occurs when someone is so focused on their perceived negatives of a gender that they have lost all acknowledgement of, and appreciation for, the positives. 1. They are usually basing their entire perspective on a gender based on their experiences with a few individuals, which is statistically completely unfair to that gender

2. They are never bothering to consider how their own behavior might influence the behavior of those inviduals

Men and women are naturally complimentary, with different strengths and weaknesses in different areas that fit together like puzzle pieces. This is simply the product of evolution and natural selection going back thousands of years, or even millions if you include our distant mammalian ancestors.

Anyway this is a loaded question I'm not scared of a woman being in charge. Whoever is the most qualified for any job should get that job.
