Furthermore... how can we see it?! Literally been my biggest hope all these years playing from launch of P99 to now was to someday see the REAL Splitpaw again!

No, characters are all stored server side. Also no to a new titanium install. Just need to extract the patch into your p1999 folder.

Won't be able to see it until they a launch a new server, but it's nothing special. Splitpaw became a better zone when they increased the level range, it was too low level before then for most people hunting in South Karana. It should get more used these days during the early weeks of a new server when there's a bunch of people level 10-20, since people will now be aware it exists and understand how to safely travel there, but it makes much more sense as a higher level zone.

I'm having the same issue... spell_us. The date of the file is dated today 10-23 so I imagine it unpacked correctly. But thats the error I'm getting.

Confirmed an un-noted change to Pacify duration from ~7mins down to 2 mins based on the later posts in this original bug post.

cant get my game to work now. downloaded v.58 extracted to my eq folder and i still get the one or more of your EQ files are not correct Titanium version for Project 1999 spell_us.txt i dunno i guess im just boned lol
