It's not too late to enable charatcter transfers every 4 months. Char has to be stripped.

If you read the THJ lawsuit, it states that P1999 has an agreement not to go past classic (Which I assume is Velious) but I also think they are not allowed to start a fresh server. That would directly compete with Daybreaks server as we all know a new server brings in tons of people here

ackchyually according to that document from my reading and.. i'm not a lawyer but i did stay at a holiday inn, it considers up to depths of darkhollow as "classic" a.e anything on the titanium client

i for one welcome our new progression timeline that ends with shooting the shit with Mayong in Dreadspire
