People that join group, go afk for 20minutes, then log.

People that LD and return 2hrs later.

People that know they have to leave in a few minutes, see a rep spamming in OOC / shout, and dont tell the group. Then suddenly have to bail and group is fucked.

Tanks that are "semi afk" at all times which makes the puller/healers tank because they can't get off their lazy butts.
